We are currently shipping within New Zealand only. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly and in sustainable, perfect condition.

Rates & Processing

  • Urban Delivery: $9.00 flat rate

  • Rural Delivery: $11.50 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Qualifies on all orders over $54

Timing

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days once dispatched.

  • Tracking: All orders are sent via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure a physical address is provided at checkout.

Important Order Information

Address Accuracy

Orders begin fulfillment immediately upon receipt. Please double-check your delivery details before submitting, as we are generally unable to make changes once an order is placed. EcoHeaven is not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a "pre-order" item, the entire shipment will be held until that item is in stock. If you would like to receive your other items sooner, please place two separate orders.
