Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not permit refunds or exchanges for a change of mind once a product has been ordered.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please follow these steps to request a replacement:

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  2. Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  3. Process: Email us at support@ecoheaven.co.nz with your name, invoice number, product name, and a description of the fault.

Please note: All freight costs for returns (excluding faulty goods) are at the customer's expense. EcoHeaven is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
